Welcome to the web site of the Edenbridge. Strollers who are a friendly walking group that usually meet on Monday Morning at the Town Leisure Centre at between 09.00 and 09.30 each week, but do check the program page for exceptions. Our morning walks are between four and six miles long. Most strollers take a small snack and a drink to refresh themselves at the midway break.
Twice a year there is a more ambitious all day walk when the walkers make a lunchtime stop a suitable hostelry. We don’t usually meet on bank holidays.
We don’t have a membership, people just come along and join us for a walk.

For the last six years some of the Strollers have gone abroad for a holiday as group starting with Austria in 2004, Italy in 2005 and 2006 saw them in Slovenia in 2007 it was Austria again and for 2008 it was Norway, in 2009 they went to Italy. 2010 the plan is to go to Hungary
The reason for This site is twofold, 1. For strollers to upload pictures taken by others for their own albums, and 2. For others to see what we get up to and be tempted to join us on Mondays.
Remembering that we are strollers and that our pace is that of the slowest stroller. Everybody is welcome to come along and join us.
For some strollers we are not sure if it is the legs or the vocal chords which get the most exercise, due to the amount of chat that goes on.

There are two of the Strollers that will provide a temporary home for dogs whilst their owners are on holiday.
You cane be sure that your dog will get plenty of exercise whilst in their care.
