September 19th 1964 was when Enid Depradines changed her name to Enid Fisher by marrying John Fisher.
They first met when Enid fell over his size 10's at a party but, things didn’t start to happen until she tripped over them again at her neighbours house and made some tea for him.
Visits to various traditional jazz clubs were popular during the courting that followed and the question was popped after one such evening whilst sitting on a park bench in St James.

This is the story of

Enid & John Fisher.

So Far!

1966 Andrew John came along to join the couple.

A good natured boy he has manage to keep this excellent trait into adulthood.

After having a rather lacklustre career at his secondary school he went on to get a honours degree at Bath. This was followed by a Masters at The Kent Institute for Art and Design.

Currently teaching art at Canterbury College whilst producing imaginative pieces that he sells from time to time.

Kate made her entrance in 1971.

Always very bright and quick to spot opportunities and she has always shown herself to be independent well able to take care f herself.

Never particularly brilliant performer at school, although she too showed talent in her art work, it turned out that she was an undiagnosed dyslexic.

When she married in 2000 an Open University degree was started and this was finally finished in 2006 when she gained a first class honours degree in geo science.

RIP, John’s sister.

Margaret, (Peggy)
